Purpose

The Overlooking Ōtautahi uploader is personal software used only by its owner to upload locally generated timelapse videos to the owner's YouTube channel. It is not available for use by the public.

Google and YouTube data

The uploader requests permission to upload videos to YouTube. It uses this permission only to upload videos and associated titles, descriptions, tags, and visibility settings selected by the owner.

Data storage and sharing

OAuth credentials and upload records are stored locally on the owner's computer. The uploader does not sell, rent, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties. It does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

Retention and deletion

Local OAuth credentials are retained only while automated uploads are enabled. The owner can delete those credentials at any time and can revoke the uploader's access from the Google Account permissions page.
